Volunteer Qualifications

  • Genuine interest and ability to work with elderly and special needs people.
  • Sensitivity and respect for the beliefs and values of each resident.
  • Honesty & reliability.
  • Caring, friendly disposition.
  • Ability to follow instructions and carry out assignments.
  • Willingness to respect the directives of the workplace. 

It is preferred that volunteers be 15 years  of age or older. Younger volunteers need to be under the supervision of an adult.
